Dingley Place is a small turning, just off the City Road, about 500 metres west of Old Street tube.

The building was formerly the "Blue Danube" coffee warehouse, and retains many industrial features such as cast iron columns, steel girders, glass bricks and bare brick walls. Some of the sign-writing may still be seen in the main entrance.

The flat has a reserved secure car-parking place on the ground floor, which has remote control steel shutter access, and a substantial secure storage area in the basement.

Flat 8 is on the second floor at the southern end of the building, and may be accessed by a wide staircase, or large industrial style lift with "concertina" doors.
